Larry Suter, our president, has worked in residential construction since he was in grade school. A third-generation carpenter, he knows every corner of the building trades. Whether it is concrete or framing, roofing or trim carpentry, Larry has done it all. Larry has over 20 years of hands on experience in residential construction and is familiar with all aspects of Custom and Spec home construction. Larry personally oversees each home through all phases of construction. He's happiest when he's on a job site.

Leon Greaser, the Builder, oversees all the building processes and works with you, the customer, from the initial stages of design through each step of the process to see that quality is maintained. You will find that Leon's knowledge of practical application and listening skills make the design and building process go smoothly. Leon started Lifestyle Homes Group, Inc. in April 1993 after working 8 years in the Wichita area as a custom home job superintendent/construction manager. His wide range of relationships and experience with subcontractors and suppliers in Wichita and the surrounding areas make his expertise a valuable resource.

Mike McClellan has been building homes for over 10 years. Each home is a masterpiece and the homeowners are satisfied with the job well done.

Mike takes pride in all the floor plans he designs and builds. You will not find one without his stamp of approval. He takes his time in designing each one to perfection, putting a lot of thought and creativity into each one.

When working with Mike you will be working with him only. There is no other person to answer questions or concerns. You will be in direct contact with him.

Each time a new home is started Mike goes over the blueprints with the customer to make sure it is to your satisfaction.

Each home will have a one year warranty from date of closing on the home.

Hands-on is Randy's approach to building.
