As a result, we’ve put together a one-stop shop for everything you need to know about the new home community on the northwest corner of Wichita, KS.

Making an Impression

Estancia first broke ground in 2016, with its first phase consisting of 28 lots. Home buyers immediately noticed that this new home community was not like the others. The lots were larger than average and the model homes had some of the most unique designs in the area. Lots started selling rapidly and homeowners began building the home of their dreams without worrying if there was going to be a similar house plan just two doors down. By 2018, the home builders were ready to break ground on phase II. This second phase held 24 lots. Like phase I, the vacant lots quickly dwindled and opened the conversation on when the third phase would become available.

With this development being smaller than others, announcing the start of phase III was also declaring that the ability to build a new home in Estancia was coming to an end. In September 2020, the third and final phase of this new home community had streets in and home builders digging out basements. Within a year, 14 of the 26 lots in this phase have been sold. This leaves only 15 lots available for home buyers in the entire development—3 lots in the first two phases and 12 in the final phase.
